Delete your account

Delete your Akidni account and saved wallet and revoke all login sessions. In the updated Android or iOS app, open Settings → Privacy & data → Delete account. You can also do this on the website without installing an app or sending an email.

Sign in to delete your account

Verify your identity, confirm permanent deletion, and wait for the completion message. Save any copies you need first. If an older app shows a request form, update it or use this website.

Cannot access your account?

Use the email option below if you cannot sign in. Support will verify ownership safely before processing. Email is an alternative, not a requirement for signed-in users.

Write deletion request

No email app? Send an email yourself to hello@akidni.com with the subject “Akidni account deletion request”.

What to include

  1. Say that you want to delete your Akidni account and its associated data.
  2. Include the phone number registered with Akidni so support can locate your account.
  3. Support verifies ownership before processing. If you lost access to your phone or passkey, explain this; support will review safe verification options.

Never send a passkey, OTP, password, wallet key, full card details or private wallet items. Opening this page or an email does not send a request or erase any data.

Account and wallet data

Your request covers the account profile, authentication/device records, wallet records, encrypted files and recoverable wallet backups associated with that account. Save any copies you need before requesting deletion. Deletion cannot recover lost wallet keys and does not remove copies you previously exported to your own device or another provider.

Confirmation

After successful verification and confirmation, your live account and saved wallet data are deleted immediately and all login sessions are revoked. We display a completion message only after deletion succeeds. A connection error is not confirmation of deletion.

For data-handling and retention details, see our Privacy Policy. Copies you exported yourself are outside this deletion process.
